Deliver a high quality and professional generalist HR Service to a range of clients, providing expert HR advice and guidance directly to the client on a range of complex HR cases and projects, whilst developing lasting client relationships to help strengthen and grow existing accounts.
Essential functions:
Competently and efficiently handle a range of complex HR projects and issues (employee relations, resourcing, organization development, training, pay and benefits, performance management, people management, business change).
Partner with our clients, taking ownership of their HR issues and initiatives, and work to resolve these to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of our clients' businesses whilst building and maintaining strong client relationships to strengthen and grow existing accounts.
Answer telephone calls and emails, providing timely, commercial and compliant advice to ensure clients receive an excellent service.
Visit clients on site regularly or when required to effectively and efficiently handle a range of HR projects and issues (disciplinary/grievance investigations and hearings, recruitment interviews, return to work interviews, redundancy consultation etc.).
Advise on and manage complex grievance and disciplinary investigations and other employee relations cases, independently and efficiently and effectively.
Carry out detailed project work for a client and where appropriate draft well-structured and comprehensive reports to inform the clients' management decisions.
Produce letters and documentation to support the employee lifecycle (offer letters, employment contracts, job descriptions, meeting notes, employee letters etc.) for our clients to ensure their HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Draft and maintain client employee handbooks and policies to ensure they are up to date with current employment legislation and internal changes.
Take sole or joint responsibility of one of Fitzgerald HR's service streams by contributing to content and knowledge in the area and take responsibility for the development of this service stream.
Share knowledge and experience with the HR team as a way of promoting continual professional development both personally and across the Company.
Act as an effective ambassador for intechsol's HR in our business and stakeholder communities to continuously raise awareness about our company's products and offering.
Work within the company's established administrative systems to ensure operations run smoothly.
Take on any other responsibilities or tasks that are within your skills and abilities as the changing needs of the business require.
Perform payroll for intechsol, Corp. clients.
Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll software system.
Required Education and Experience
.
Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Industrial Organizational Psychology or Similar | Other Related Certifications.
Has significant experience of supporting and advising managers across a range of HR issues including casework and projects.
Has experience of working with best practice HR policy and procedure and can use best practice HR principles and draw on a broad experience to deliver commercially focused results for clients.
Can identify risks of taking different courses of action and can seek appropriate advice when needed.
Strong consulting, communication and influencing skills, including confidence in managing key stakeholders.
Comfortable using a range of IT, digital and online systems and tools.
Possess a full clean PR driving license and be willing to travel throughout PR.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
