GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Supports the Human Resources department in creating and implementing programs that enhance the overall employee experience. Serves as a liaison with the operations team to coordinate activities and initiatives that drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention across the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist in coordinating employee engagement programs and events that foster a positive work culture.
Support in the administration and analysis of employee surveys
Assist the Talent Management team by coordinating and managing the reservation process for training rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
Support on LA employee recognition programs, including the distribution of awards and recognition materials.
Support the LOD with the scheduling and promotion of training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
In collaboration with the Communication's team, support in the creation and distribution of internal communications, such as newsletters and company-wide updates that reflect our employer brand.
Help organize culture-related events and programs that support an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Assess employee activities participations and interactions to evaluate personnel engagement through these initiatives, create and use appropriate metrics to report results, and make recommendations.
Serve as a liaison between Operations and HR on Operational matters
Must be able to work independently, with limited or no supervision at times.
Prioritize incoming requests against current workload.
Complies fully and consistently with the Company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in accordance with the education and experience requirements contained in this document.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
1 to 2 years of Human Resources or equivalent experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong organization skills, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize.
Self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exhibits good judgement, initiative, can work independently and contribute effectively to a team environment.
Proficiency in using HRIS systems.
Analytical capacity and numerical ability.
Capable of compiling gathered information and translate it into data-driven reports that will support decision-making and the development of new strategies for improvement.
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) specifically scheduling meetings.
Ability to identify solutions independently and make sound business decisions.
Bilingual (writing, conversational and reading comprehension in English and Spanish)
