This position is about fostering and growing a culture based on customer service, creativity, empowerment and accountability. He or she will direct and oversee all activities relating to organizational design, staff and resource allocation, recruitment, selection, training and development, performance management and compensation of all executive, exempt and non-exempt employees.
As the leader of the HR department, this position has the following responsibilities:
Participate in the formulation of the organization's strategic, business and financial planning. Focus on organizational development issues including cultural alignment, performance management, talent planning and management, leadership development, and employee engagement and communications. Lead the development of programs and recruit and lead internal champions to drive change.As a keeper of the culture, play a leading role in ensuring common values and vision as well as practices, policies and procedures.Assess compensation programs and evolve structure to lead culture toward accountability and productivity.Establish training programs to develop employee values and skills needed to achieve organizational strategic objectives.
