GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for assisting and providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition unit in managing operational processes of the Recruitment Unit following guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assists in the administration of the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition unit.
Makes, forwards, and takes the department's phone calls.
Writes minutes, documents, and/or presentations, as requested.
Organizes and maintains the agenda of the Talent Acquisition unit and coordinates meetings, activities, interviews, and appointments.
Generates monthly operational reports, as requested.
Supports the Talent Acquisition personnel in developing and modifying policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives the Unit develops.
Provides support in drafting, reviewing, and sending all communications addressed by Human Resources to the company's employees.
Completes monthly reports for the List of Exclusion of Individuals and Delegated Entities requested by the Office of the Inspector General.
Generates, manages, and archives confidential documents in employee files, as requested.
Handles invoices, checks, purchase orders, and/or claims.
Assists in the Reception of the Department and Archive area when required.
Participates in special projects, as required.
Complies fully and consistently with the company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.
Education:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. Minimum one (1) year of experience performing administrative tasks in a similar position in a Human Resources department.
OR
Experience:
Associate degree. Minimum three (3) years of experience performing administrative tasks in a similar position in a Human Resources department.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.5 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
