Human Resources Supervisor

HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR Human Resources Supervisor will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources Management to help align an organization's people strategy with its business strategy, as well as general supervision responsibilities to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.Knowledge areas: Intermediate or Advance Knowledge of Microsoft Word Office 365, Outlook, computers and other technology devices, technology savvy. Payroll (ADP), ATS, and HR programs.Education: Bachelor's or Master's in HR or Business AdministrationRequired Skills: Knowledge of administrative and management procedures and systems. Writing & speaking skills both in English and Spanish. Experience: 3-5 years serving Multinational Companies (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, etc.Requisitos:Requirements: You must be good at time management, organization, presentations, negotiations, and communication. Proficient in Office 365, and Outlook Apps, and skilled in the management of computers and information systems. Ability to work with little supervision. Strong team player and attention to detail. Great analytical and problem-solving skills. Extensive Federal and State Labor Law knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills written and verbal. Fully Bilingual in Spanish and English.
