**DAY-TO-DAY**
This customer service/sales position is full-time and typically works **Monday through Friday** from **8 AM - 5 PM**. There may be some evening and Saturday work, depending on customer needs.
As an HVAC Sales Associate, you meet with customers that are considering replacing their existing systems because their equipment is either not functioning or just not safe. You are the key to helping them upgrade! You determine each customer's needs and then present them with options that meet their goals. Using your customer service skills, you answer any questions they may have and follow up with those who have not made decisions. As customers make decisions, you relay information to the installation department so they can complete each job. **You feel great about helping others and making their homes more comfortable!**

Some great areas of in-home sales experience outside the HVAC industry would be window and siding sales, garage door sales, or landscaping sales. We are looking for a motivated person that is used to making $100K or more. Mechanical knowledge would be a plus but is not required.
