Hvac Technician

Turn on ice water Monitor system Repair and maintenance of air conditioning (eg belts, motors, etc).
Perform preventative and general maintenance tasks on HVAC systems
Strong background in reading and interpreting instructions and safety procedures associated with HVAC processes.
Install and maintain diverse heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
Lay out wires and pipes to complete HVAC systems
Ensure that all installations are done in accordance to the set standards
Make sure that any loose wires are connected and secured properly
Ensure calibration of thermostats and other controls
Perform checks on motors and belts and handle lubrication duties
Change filters and replace any parts as they wear out
Service steam and hot water boilers
Ensure that chemical compositions in equipment are adequate at all times
Handle running conduit for HVAC equipment
Requisitos:
High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent. License required 3+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
