Immigration Attorney

They are seeking an Attorney who has a passion for immigration to help take their growing law firm to the next level. Must have a Can do attitude and determination that is not required of most jobs.
THE JOB: Take ownership of a clients case federal immigration proceedings and state court criminal cases Conduct client meetings and recommend strategies Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work Full-service immigration services: family immigration (must be a specialty), employment immigration, deportation defense THE ESSENTIALS: Skills and experience are important and valued, but your personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are also extremely important considerations. They need an attorney who already has litigation experience, but attitude is just as important. Fluent Spanish speaker is preferred. Experience: US Immigration law: 4 years OR 2-4 years of family-focused immigration experience OR 3-4 years of trial experience Pay: Starts at $100,000 and goes higher based on experience Additional Information: This position can be worked as a hybrid role (remote and in-office) if the must-have qualifications are met.
