Import/Export Expeditor

We are currently seeking an Estimator Specialist .
Essential Task and Responsibilities:
Process & register purchase orders from various departments - Review, confirm and expedite these orders - Report any delay or incident to Manager - Contact and liaise with vendors and service providers - Communicate with internal and external clients - Coordinate shipment details and pickups arrangements with vendors - Track all northbound and southbound shipments - Report any pending delivery delays to the Manager - Report and process claims - Create and maintain complete files of all purchasing import/export transactions - Provide orders status feedback to the sales team - Other task or responsibilities

Requisitos:
College Degree or,Equivalent preparation or knowledge with 3 years of experience or, 5 years' experience in import/export procedures and purchase order processing - Superior attention to detail - Great organizational and planning skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel - Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple tasks and processes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English Language a most - Experience in logistics or similar related position - Customer service oriented
