The Inbound Contacts Representative 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments. The Inbound Contacts Representative 2 addresses customer needs which may include complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating members. Records details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance to it. Escalates unresolved and pending customer grievances. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

2-4 weeks virtual classroom Hours vary for training, 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8:00AM & 6:30PM EST As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an interactive experience called the Virtual Job Experience (VJE).
This will allow you to experience some of the activities our Inbound Contacts Representatives perform in their position and allow us to learn more about you. Eligibility for this role requires completion of the VJE prior to interviewing for this position. If selected to move forward in the interview process, you will be prompted to complete the VJE which will be sent to you via email after you apply; you should anticipate 45 to 60 minutes to complete. You will need a computer or laptop with web access and speakers or headphones. The interview process will consist of the following steps:

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
