This role demands a first responder to cyber-attacks, capable of running triage calls with clients to assess the incident's scope and leading a team of technical experts through the response process. Key responsibilities include ensuring effective and efficient incident response, containing the incident, overseeing forensic investigations, advising on response strategies, and providing guidance to clients in 'war room' scenarios.

Applicants for the Incident Response Engagement Lead position should possess great communication skills, a calm and empathetic style under pressure, and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving. While a background in digital forensics and incident response is preferred, the company is open to candidates with adjacent experience and is committed to providing the necessary training and support.
