Location: Monticello, MN
Hours: 4:30 pm - 3 am, Monday - Thursday
NO weekends!! Four-day work week!! Start your weekend early!! Wage: $25 - 35/hr. + 15% shift differential for 2nd shift
Benefits of the industrial maintenance technician: Medical Dental Vision FSA Life Disability Accident Critical Job duties of the industrial maintenance technician: Provide responsive maintenance support for facility and manufacturing equipment Perform preventative maintenance as required for facilities and equipment Work with others to improve processes and reduce costs including equipment installation or relocation Monitor expenses and champion cost reduction ideas Maintain plant security and fire protection Provide leadership to keep operations with EPA and OSHA regulations Manage coolant and manufacturing byproduct disposal and recycling (chips, waste oil, etc.) Manage crane and hoist inspections Repair and assembly of mechanical, electrical, and controls of CNC or similar type machines Job requirements for the industrial maintenance technician : Requires 2 years of trade school and 4 years of relevant experience Requires 6 years of relevant experience without trade school General knowledge of building maintenance Project management skills Knowledge of current equipment technology Working knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and other regulations and desire to work safely and identify potential safety issues Additional information:
