Essential Functions: Conduct routine and preventative maintenance of the facility and machinery. Handle mechanical, electrical, and possibly hydraulic maintenance of equipment including scheduled preventative care. Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment. Perform additional duties as needed to support the operations team. Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Comprehensive knowledge of industrial maintenance processes, including proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, as well as general facility upkeep. Capable of independently operating and managing complex technical projects, utilizing personal initiative and independent judgment. Skilled in reading and interpreting technical documents such as electrical schematics, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders for proper maintenance execution. Ability to disassemble, install, and commission new machines or equipment. Manage and document maintenance for company vehicles, providing records to relevant departments. Proficient in safety standards and regulations, as well as MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with PLC and CNC control systems, with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in electronics. A strategic thinker and planner with a results-oriented mindset, maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Self-motivated and creative in solving problems, with excellent time management and project prioritization skills. Responsible for emergency response plans, including fire evacuation and disaster response, keeping all relevant inspections and maintenance records current. Preferred Qualifications: An Associate's degree is preferred. 2-5 years of relevant experience. High attention to detail with excellent follow-through skills. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge in budgeting and cost control. Experience in welding is beneficial. Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and up to 75 lbs with assistance. Constant need for mobility: standing, bending, walking, and grasping. Frequent activities include reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs. Occasionally required to sit, crawl, kneel, type, balance, and climb ladders. Language and Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical issues in understandable terms. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
