Conexess Group is aiding a well known Fortune 500 client in their search for a Disaster Recovery Solutions Architect. This is an immediate contract opening and this person can work 100% remote on Eastern Standard Time. The Infrastructure Solutions Architect is focused on developing computing and storage solutions, utilizing technologies such as VMware, Nutanix, and KVM Hypervisor. Responsibilities include creating architecture documentation, leading implementations, and ensuring solutions align with the TOGAF ADM Framework.

A Day in the Life
•Design and develop effective DR solutions that meet business requirements
•Develop architecture blueprints and documentation in alignment with the TOGAF ADM Framework
•Lead engineering teams in the implementation of the solutions design

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
•Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing infrastructure compute and storage solutions.
•Experience with VMware, Nutanix, KVM Hypervisor solutions
•Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and methodologies.
•Experience with Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
•Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
•Strong understanding of networking concepts.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Strong communication and teamwork skills.
