M2A Group, PSC is seeking for a responsible Project Inspector to oversee and organize one project. Project Inspector tasks include collaborating closely with all areas of quality control, inspections, and project certification, submittals and claims review as well as project resources, timelines, and budgets. You will perform administrative duties, such as evaluating contractor invoices and acting as a point of contact as well as a variety of coordinating activities, such as setting up weekly meetings, reviewing change orders, and scheduling.
Requisitos:
• Applicants must be able to work independently with minimal or no supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Must be flexible with the ability to accept changes in directions on short notice.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Puerto Rico Engineer in Training (EIT) or Associate engineer (AE) and be a member of the Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico y/o del Colegio de Arquitectos y Arquitectos Paisajistas de Puerto Rico (required)
• Valid driver's license.
• Field experience is a must.
$5,000-$6,000-salary
