Injection Mold Operator

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our highly automated facility as Injection Molding Operators. No prior injection molding experience is required. We are looking for sharp candidates willing to learn and develop new skills. Training will be provided to operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a group of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Perform machine startups and changeovers.
Troubleshoot processes and equipment.
Perform quality checks on produced products to ensure high standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
Conduct minor repairs and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient and safe production of parts.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to use basic mechanic's hand tools, thickness gauges, scales, etc.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work productively and cooperatively with others.
Shift Schedule:
12-hour shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) on a 2-2-3 schedule, with every other weekend off. You will work 15 days per month.
