About the Role The Company is seeking an Inland Director of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing channel and partner management, developing and executing growth strategies, and providing sales leadership. This role is pivotal in driving the sales of a broad portfolio of waterfront access equipment and accessories in both freshwater and saltwater markets. The ideal candidate should have a background that includes 5-7 years of experience in managing sales functions within a B2B OEM environment.

As the Inland Director of Sales, you will be at the forefront of the organization's sales efforts, ensuring that the company's products reach their target markets effectively. Key responsibilities for this role include managing and nurturing relationships with sales channels and partners, as well as leading the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
