****Responsibilities****
R **Provide excellent customer services and sales support by assisting customers with their industrial product selections**
R **Accurately enter customer orders and expedite customer orders**
R **Address customer inquiries**
R **Resolve problems regarding customer orders to ensure customer needs are met**
****Qualifications****
R **Minimum of two years customer service experience**
R **Excellent communication skills**
R **Attention to detail**
R **Ability to handle multiple changing priorities**
R **Technical industry and/or industrial product knowledge is helpful**
