Description of Role…
Responsible for selling products and services to customers in an office environment location through remote communication. The associate will primarily deal with either walk-in customers or source sales via email, cold calling, and lead follow-up calls. The Inside Sales Specialist could have a wide range of job duties that contribute to increasing the company's profits and customer base.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and experience in logistics/supply chain or related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in coordination of shipments (Air freight, ocean freight, FCL, LTL). • Advance knowledge in documentation Quotes and BL, shipments process, SURI System and any other documentation related to the logistics and distribution industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Excel intermediate level is a plus) • Excellent cold calling skills and exceptional customer relation skills. • Attentive to details, you see the macro and the micro.
Goal oriented. Able to achieve results expected by operational priorities.
Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish languages, both verbal and written. Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance to customers regarding product and service features, conduct demonstrations, lead sales calls, and identify new business opportunities through mailing lists and industry directories.
Develop and present competitive sales quotes, close deals, achieve sales targets, and regularly track and report on team performance.
Conduct thorough research on customers and accounts, follow-up to foster and strengthen business relationships.
Coordinate with other divisions to ensure the successful delivery of services, meeting customer expectations and aligning with company service objectives. • Negotiate sales terms and customized packages, including product quantities, rates, and service terms, to finalize agreements.
Collaborate with sales executives and the commercial team, and liaise with clients, suppliers, and transportation companies. • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of current and prospective customers. • Stay informed about competitor products and services to enhance strategic positioning
