Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
Below are the key responsibilities for the position:

Input, updates, and maintains sales orders, invoices, customer records and bill-back data within the Company database.

Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport.

Answers customer questions about product features, product benefits, and procedures.

Supports Division trade shows event production and execution.

Reports any inventory or service issues to appropriate account manager immediately.

Collaborates with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and ensure that orders are completed on time.

Assists salespersons with collection of payment in a timely manner.

Updates and prepares all monthly sales materials/reports as defined by the Division.

Scribes department meetings and distributes meeting minutes to the team.
