Garriga Trading Company, Inc.
("Garriga Paper") was founded in Puerto Rico in 1971 as a printing paper merchant. Since then, we have evolved into a top distributor of a wide variety of supplies and equipment, with eight main lines of business.
Today, Garriga Paper has over 2,000 customers in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. These include commercial printing companies, large consumers and resellers of paper and office supplies, sign and box manufacturers, and architects, among others.
As distributors and agents of the top manufacturers in the world, we support every aspect of our customers' needs, offering expert advice, professional service, and high-quality products at competitive prices.

We are centrally located in Bayamón, and our fleet of trucks and vans delivers daily throughout Puerto Rico and regularly ships to other islands.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Additionally, it will provide assistance to customers who call the company for any help.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct telemarketing activities to identify and reach out to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with leads and convert them into customers
- Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate product knowledge and value propositions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market trends and customer needs
