PrideStaff is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a manufacturing company located in Chino, CA. This is a direct hire position with opportunity to grow. Please see job requirements below to be considered.
Salary Range: $50,000 to 65,000 (salary plus commission structure and unlimited upside potential) Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Job Duties/Description: We are looking for a candidate that wants a career and is motivated to learn and grow with a company that service the construction industry, athletic facilities, schools, and many other organizations. Provide Customer Service for existing customers such as answering calls, responding to emails, order updates, provide statuses, etc.Provide support for Outside sales team.Provide customers with quotes.Order processing.Follow through on orders from point of sale to shipment and/or completed installation.Maintain existing customer relationships and build new relationships.Identify and contact prospective customers by following up on open estimates.Utilize QuickBooks software to view and research customer historical transactions.Ability to professionally present promotional materials.Maintain company image and customer satisfaction.Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Must have 4 to 5 years of Sales experience in the Construction/Manufacturing industry. Good computer skills (Microsoft, excel, emails, etc.).Must be comfortable working in a team environment and open to collaborating with the team towards a common goal. Working well with the team is essential in this role. Great customer service skillsExcellent English verbal and written skills with neat, legible handwritingDetail orientedAbility to multitask and prioritize task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to create workload during downtime (such as reorganizing, classes, support other departments, strum up new business, reach out to potential clients, etc.).Sports facilities knowledge for tennis, pickleball, baseball, softball, football, indoor gyms, etc.Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus but not required.Ideal candidate has a stable, verifiable work history, and positive supervisory references. Punctual with regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
