The Position Qualifications JD from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in the State of California3 - 5 years of insurance defense litigation experienceMust have experience with motion practice and depositions, including expert depositions2nd chair trial experience preferredVery strong organizational and analytical skillsSuperior written and oral communication skillsLegal project management experience Responsibilities Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to endWork closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reports Why Should You Apply?
