Responsibilities and DutiesShifts: Monday - Friday8:30am-5pmFacilitate intake, admission, and utilization review process for incoming clients.Schedule intake meetings for new clients.Perform insurance benefit verifications, disseminating the information gathered to client, their families, and appropriate internal staff.Provide accurate and ongoing assessment of client's status in the admission and utilization process.Respond to inquiries about the facility within facility policy timeframes.Schedule/complete pre-admission assessments and communicate recommendations to client and their family either in-person, telephonically or virtually.Collaborate with other facility medical and psychiatric personnel to ensure appropriate recommendations and admissions.Provide accurate and ongoing assessment of client's status in the admissions, intake, and utilization process.Perform ongoing assessments of physical/function, emotional, social, spiritual, and financial needs patients and implements crisis intervention and referral.About ZarephathZarephath's vision is to help families obtain optimal well-being, relief, and peace of mind by providing excellent care, including meaningful, safe, and fun services for their children. Zarephath provides services in safe and fun environments that evoke harmony and success at home, school, work and within the community.Qualifications and Skills- Must be 21 years of age- Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field from accredited university preferred as well as BHT status.- Possess a valid Arizona driver's license and be insurable under the agency's automobile policy.- Possess a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or be able to obtain one.- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel)Pay Rate: $40,000-$45,000 per year.
