You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team to provide tailored services for individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders. Your role includes delivering stage-wise engagement, treatment, and relapse prevention in both individual and group settings. You will also model best practices for treating co-occurring disorders and assist in training other team members in evidence-based approaches.Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with participants to achieve treatment goals, while collaborating with clinical teams, medical staff, and external partners.Deliver services including screening, assessment, engagement, persuasion, active treatment, and relapse prevention according to Copa Health's standards and curriculum.Coordinate care and support with care teams; regularly meet with medical staff to review progress and provide treatment recommendations.Conduct outreach to ensure participants remain engaged in the program.Develop and review stage-wise assessments and service plans for co-occurring disorder interventions, providing regular updates to the Program Director and care team.Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, including referrals, consents, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge plans.Meet all Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (ABBHE) licensure requirements, including supervision for independent licensure if applicable.Seek supervision/consultation as needed and participate in fidelity monitoring for Integrated Treatment for Persons with Co-Occurring Disorders.Assist in training care teams on the principles and practices of integrated co-occurring disorder treatment.Who We Need:Education: Master's degree in Behavioral Health (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology).Experience: At least one year of full-time experience (including internships) in the behavioral health field.Licensure: Must be licensed with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (e.g., LMSW, LAC, LASAC) or eligible for supervision toward independent licensure.Certifications: Must have or be eligible to obtain a fingerprint clearance card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety within eight weeks of hire.
