Intensive Care Unit (Icu) - Critical Need

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Adult Services Job Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Critical Need Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience License: - Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Must-Have: - ACLS certification Job Description: - Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a critical care setting. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. - Monitor and record the condition of critically ill patients. - Utilize advanced nursing practices to ensure effective patient outcomes. - Participate in patient and family education to enhance treatment understanding. - Maintain compliance with all facility policies and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field - Two years of recent ICU nursing experience - NIH Stroke Scale Certificate - CCRN certification - Experience in dialysis, SLED, or equivalentPlease ensure all qualifications and certifications are current and valid for the location where care will be provided.
