About the Role The Company is seeking Interim Vice Presidents and Directors for Enrollment Management to fill short-term positions at various universities nationwide. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading the enrollment team to achieve key performance indicators, serving on the executive team, and working with other VPs to advance the strategic plan of the institution. This role requires a strategic thought leader with a strong SEM strategy and execution background, capable of creating or executing an integrated SEM plan in line with the institution's objectives. The Interim Vice Presidents and Directors will also be expected to have a data-driven approach to KPIs, experience in marketing with a focus on brand and lead generation, and a strong understanding of the role of SIS/CRM in successful recruitment.
Applicants for the Interim Vice President and Director positions must have a Master's degree, a minimum of 7 years' enrollment management experience, with at least the last 3 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record of leading and inspiring teams. The role demands an excellent communicator, strategist, and planner, with the ability to innovate and act as a change agent. Financial acumen in budgeting, financial aid strategy, and compliance standards is also essential. The ideal candidates will be part of a team that emphasizes collaboration and is dedicated to fostering team development and success. The positions are interim, and the candidates may have the opportunity to be considered for full-time roles as they become more familiar with the institution.
