Summary:
The Inventory Agent will perform inventory control activities in Material's Warehouse Department. Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing products and supplies. Through cycle counts, will identify discrepancies with inventory reports, investigate differences and provide related reports for review.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Managing and maintaining inventory records using the inventory management software system.
Updating database withing incoming and outgoing products.
Provide inventory control reports as required.
Maintain inventory accuracy. (Performing cycle counts schedule)
Ensures that all materials in inventory is organized, properly stored, and in good condition.
Maintaining inventory storage spaces in the warehouse
Collaborate in the planning warehouse space usage.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the stockroom.
Maintain a safety while using equipment and tools.
Communicate with customers to investigate complaints, verify the accuracy, or correct errors.
Support the physical inventory process as required.
Keeps the information confidential.
Contributes to the special projects of the department and organization.

Education and/or Experience:
Associate's degree in business, or related field required. At least three years' work experience ins similar tasks.
Qualifications
Demonstrates proficiency in the use of inventory management ERP Systems, and Microsoft Office suite, specifically strong in excel.
Proficiency with data entry tasks.
Exhibits ability to interpret and explain inventory reports.
Possesses physical strength necessary to unload and restock supplies.
Strong attention to detail.
Exhibits ability to think creatively to devise best inventory control practices.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Knowledge in forklift use.
Language Skills
: Spanish and English preferable, oral and written.
Physical / Work Conditions
In the performance of respective tasks and duties, the employee is expected to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. Reasonable employee accommodations for physical or mental disabilities will be considered on a case-by-case basis. While performing duties the employee is required do management presentations and attends to executives meeting. Position may require working evenings and weekends, attending remote meetings and traveling in or outside the country.
