Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team and oversee the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the availability of products to meet customer demands.
*Duties*
- Manage and update inventory records using various systems
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies
- Handle materials management and ensure proper handling of products
- Assist in contract management related to inventory transactions
- Utilize data analysis skills to optimize inventory levels and prevent shortages
- Collaborate with logistics team to streamline inventory processes
*Skills*
- Proficiency in warehouse operations and materials handling
- Experience with data visualization tools for inventory analysis
- Knowledge of retail management practices
- Familiarity inventory management software
- Strong materials management skills to organize stock efficiently
- Ability to perform data analysis for inventory optimization
- Understanding of logistics principles to coordinate shipments efficiently
