General Description
Support in creating, establishing, and maintaining the information technology/security risk framework, processes, and controls, considering the overall business strategy, legal/regulatory requirements, and other best practices. Perform security assessments of applications, systems, and vendors. Manage the risks that threaten the organizations success and propose methodologies to eliminate or minimize them.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:Perform security assessment of applications, systems, and vendors.
:Discuss and follow up action plans to address recommendations from security assessments.
:Develop, review, and update Policies, Standards, and Procedures related to Information Security.
:Prepare metrics and reports related to security assessment.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Computer Engineering
Bachelors Degree from an accredited University/College in Computer Science or Information Systems
Experience
Two (2) years of related experience in audits, information security, or vendor management.
