Description:
• Device Imaging: Prepare and image laptops, desktops, and other IT devices according to organizational standards.
• Deployment: Deploy IT devices across various departments within the new hospital tower.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of deployed devices to ensure functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of device configurations, deployments, and any issues encountered.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members, healthcare staff, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of IT infrastructure.
• Support: Provide on-site support during the go-live phase to address any immediate technical issues.
Top Skills' Details
Desktop/Breakfix Experience (MUST HAVE 6+ months in Field Services/Desktop Support in a professional setting).
Imaging Experience (MUST HAVE Device Imaging Experience - installing preconfigured OS, Software, settings, etc. onto a device for business use)
