General Responsibilities
Customer-oriented Helpdesk representative, responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users with computer systems, hardware, or software issues. Contact with users will be by phone and remote connection to determine root cause and work through the problem-solving process.
Education and Experience Required
Minimum of two years of approved credits from an accredited college or technical school in Computer Sciences or System Information,
Two (2) year of customer service experience.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Knowledge of principles for providing customer service.
Excellent verbal and writing skills both English and Spanish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Internet
Ability to speak by phone.
Critical thinking and analytical ability (interpret information, analyze situations and make recommendations).
Planning and organizing (handle multiple requests/situations and prioritize).
Collects, research and complements data; synthesizes complex or diverse information.
Demonstrates attention to detail; applies design principles; generate creative solutions.
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions.
Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
Strong knowledge in Windows 10.
Additional Information
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
