Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to improve overall efficiency
- Manage IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Oversee the maintenance of all hardware, software, and networks
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot any IT-related issues
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Word, SQL, and Windows operating systems
- Experience with business continuity planning and disaster recovery
- Familiarity with AWS, vSphere, and database management
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to manage a team and delegate responsibilities efficiently
