It Procurement Analyst

This position is a 6 month contract opportunity with extension expected and direct hire possible. Onsite is required 3 days a week.
Job Description: Preparing purchase ordersReconciliation and processing of invoicesContract routing for approvalsMonitoring and assigning of purchase request tickets via Service Now requests and Procurement email boxWorking directly with suppliers to obtain bids and place ordersCommunicating with stakeholders about order status, answering questions about products and services, and resolving issuesMust have strong communication skills and be self-sufficient. Day to day: They have annual renewals for IT vendor contracts throughout the year, as well as purchase requests. This consultant will be going through the IT vendor lists and helping figure out what needs to be renewed then going to the internal team communicating with them as well as the external vendors. They will have the process and everything in place.
