The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue growth, applying a consultative approach to software solution sales, and selling enterprise services and digital transformation services. This role requires a high-performing sales executive with 10-15 years of experience in IT services sales, a proven track record in client acquisition, and extensive knowledge of the Texas market. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable, as is the ability to deliver value-based, outcome-driven solution sales and consistently exceed sales quotas.

Applicants for the IT Services Sales Director position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a deep understanding and experience in selling IT services. The role demands a candidate with exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, who can manage a wide variety of IT and business consulting engagements. A strong network of local contacts and accounts, as well as experience in the Texas market with additional knowledge of Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative sales approach and a consistently high performance in achieving sales targets. The Sales Director will be expected to leverage their local market knowledge and strong network to drive sales and to work closely with the team to ensure the best possible service for our clients.
