This role requires a high-performing sales executive with 10-15 years of experience in IT services sales, a proven track record in client acquisition, and extensive knowledge of the Texas market. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable, as is the ability to deliver value-based, outcome-driven solution sales and consistently exceed sales quotas.
Applicants for the IT Services Sales Director position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a deep understanding and experience in selling IT services. The role demands a candidate with exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, who can manage a wide variety of IT and business consulting engagements. A strong network of local contacts and accounts, as well as experience in the Texas market with additional knowledge of Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, is a plus.
