It Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Ensure the security of the company's information systems and data
- Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
- Supervise a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience in information security practices and protocols
- Proficiency in SharePoint administration and development
- Familiarity with Jira project management software
- Knowledge of vSphere virtualization platform
- Experience in supervising and managing an IT team
- Understanding of Azure cloud services
- Familiarity with DHCP configuration and management
- Proficiency in desktop support and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of server administration and maintenance
