IT Technician
_ for one of our clients in Guaynabo area.
Responsibilities
Effectively handle customer service repair and troubleshooting calls to assure repairs requests are properly reported and completed according to standards and procedures.
Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer requests.
Ensure customer service is operational within the specified repair time.
Ensure new projects are complete.
Ensure customer satisfaction through communication.
Ensure client satisfaction and need are complied.
Ability to fully document information in application
Requirements
Three to five years of experience.
Bachelor's Information Systems
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Intune
Structure Cabling Experience
Solid problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
Good oral and written communication skills
Knowledge and understanding various networks and infrastructures.
Strong customer service skills
Available to transit
Bilingual (English | Spanish)
Valid driver's license
