**Description**
The Janitor is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the building and grounds looking spotless.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Responsible general clearing of the building and keeping it maintained, and in good, clean condition
* Responsible for vacuuming, sweeping, and moping floors
* Responsible for cleaning and stocking restrooms
* Responsible for securing all doors at locked after hours
* Responsible for cleaning spills with appropriate equipment and safety protocols
* Responsible for performing minor repairs
* Responsible to notify supervisor(s) of major needed repairs
* Responsible to collect and dispose of trash
* Responsible for completing task in a timely manner with minimal supervision
* Responsible for keeping cleaning supplies in stock
* Responsible for partnering with contract cleaning services as necessary
* Responsible for following established safety rules and regulations
* Other duties as assigned
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* HS Diploma or GED required
* Required 1 year experience
* Must be team oriented and self-directed
* Must be able to do minor repairs
* Must possess basic math skills
* Must have the ability to safely work with different cleaning supplies
* Must be able to effectively communicate in English; verbal and written form
* Must be able to lift a maximum up to 50 lbs.
* Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
* Must possess oral and written communication skills
* Must be committed to quality, safety and communication
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment.
* Must be able to work overtime and some weekends
