Janitor For Senior Living Community - Full-Time

About the Position: Assists and ensures public areas on property are clean, organized, and highly presentable. Works closely with the Activities and Marketing departments to ensure proper event set-ups.

Cleans assigned areas including restrooms, using sanitary and aseptic techniques and exercising physical effort including scrubbing, mopping, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting with appropriate detergents and other solutions. Cleans floors, dry mop, wet mop, vacuum, sweep, disinfect where and when assigned; performs emergency housekeeping duties as necessary. Twice a shift, empties trash and recycle bins in the assigned area of the community.

Shifts:

Sunday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm

Pay range: $17.50 - $18.25 per hour DOE
