Description
Bollinger Motors is seeking a part-time Janitorial Associate to perform daily cleaning and other janitorial tasks for a max of 20 hours a week. This position reports to the Facilities Manager. This is an in-person role at the company's Oak Park, MI headquarters.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Ensure cleanliness of all communal areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, stairs, corridors, and Lobby Develop a daily, weekly, monthly and annual cleaning and maintenance task list Clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust daily Dust desks as necessary Weekly wipe down of all high touch surfaces. I.E. doorknobs, push plates, pull handles. Monthly cleaning of all interior windows. Touch up as needed. Wipe down doors monthly. Restock bathrooms and kitchens with necessary supplies Take trash out to the dumpster, including cardboard. Empty all garbage, maintain garbage cans Manage supplies inventory and maintain stock in all janitors' closets and bathrooms. Provide additional support to Human Resources for employee and corporate events onsite Other Janitorial tasks as required Requirements

High School Diploma Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of cleaning best practices. Willingness to collaborate with other departments to accomplish objectives. Able to read and understand Safety Data Sheets for chemicals associated with performing daily tasks.
