Responsibilities: To assure a continuous production in the sterilization area.
Loading and unloading sterilization vessels on time to avoid downtime in manufacturing areas.
Repairs and maintains sterilizers and mechanical equipment in the sterilization area.
Perform all duties with strict observance to Safety Regulations, cGMP's, cSOPs, cGDP's and other internal and external Perform calibrations to instruments and trouble shoots control panel area.
Fill out all documentation at sterilized vessels.
Fill out all the reports.
Perform preventive maintenance to the sterilizers.
Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
Sterilization Cycles Continuous Monitoring.
Takes the samples of the process.
Repairs or replaces defective parts.
Lubricates and cleans parts.
Qualifications: Associate degree in Electronics or Instrumentation One (1) year of related experience in the steam sterilization area cGMP's Training, JIB's Trainings, Forklift license, and other exams, certificates or licenses that the immediate Comply with all Safety and Security rules (in Regulated Areas), such as: safety glasses, safety shoes, uniform, special safety suit, gloves, etc. Ability to communicate, read, write and understand English/Spanish languages.
Able to work Holidays, extra hours, or any shift when required (e.g.
Shutdowns, external audits-FDA, ISO 9002, Corporate-, special projects).
