Responsibilities: Under general supervision, execute intermediate maintenance activities.
Conduct basic troubleshooting and employ basic predictive technologies to identify root cause and appropriate corrective actions for equipment problems or to diagnose equipment Maintain an up-to-date cGMP training book.
Develop, revise, and review related SOPs or job plans/work plans for work related areas.
Assist in the evaluation of the current maintenance procedures and recommend changes to optimize the maintenance program.
Perform intermediate troubleshooting of utility, process, and HVAC related equipment/ systems.
Plan and schedule own work activities with operations staff to minimize impact to production activities.
Provide basic support of start-up of new equipment to ensure it meets all mechanical design specifications.
Review utility, process system/equipment, Plumbing, ductwork plans, architectural, and HVAC P&ID Qualifications: Associate degree 2 years of Maintenance experience Experience in electrical, electronics, pneumatics, electrical blueprints, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams Ability to Repair/Replace Belts, Pulley, Gear Drives, Couplings, Fans, Pumps, Mechanical Seals, Mixers, Diaphragm Valves, Elastomers, Heat Exchangers, Filters, Steam Traps, Pressure Vessels, Pressure Regulators, Pressure Relief, Safety Valves, Rupture Disc, Motors, sensors, Pressure Switches, LOTO, etc.
Knowledgeable of one or more of the following technical areas: Utility Plant Operations/ Maintenance, Process Equipment/ System Maintenance, HVAC Operations/ Maintenance, or Fire System.
Knowledge of miscellaneous equipment (WFI Still, Clean Steam Generator, Purified Production Units, Water Distribution Systems, Water Softeners, Emergency Power Systems, and UPS.
Knowledge in Windows applications like Excel and Word and Acrobat.
