In this role, you'll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.
Responsibilities:   Assistant, as with the Field and Processing Worker, can be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks or a specific task depending on the stage of the seasonal research program.
Tasks may include: Field research operations related to planting, thinning, weeding, pollinations and sample harvest.
Sample processing operations including preparation of supplies, sorting, ginning, weighing, preparation for shipping and seed packaging.
General facility operations including general clean-up, organization of samples and supplies, and other routine tasks as they arise.
Operation of mobile field equipment, such as a tractor or cotton picker, and stationary field equipment, such as a module builder.
Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science or related field.
No experience required.
Leadership and Organizational Skills.
18+ Availability to work all shifts, weekends and Holidays.
