Salary range : $50,000 - $75,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, qualifications, skill level, and location. The final salary offer will fall within this range and will be commensurate with the candidates background and the specific demands of the role. Responsibilities Job Specific Details and Tasks: Participate in discussion sessions to model and document the current environment in terms of business processes, data, systems, services, and technology infrastructure Provide Architecture development methodologies recommendations to enhance the data collection and visualization of the EA. Review and understand the EA strategies and recommend approaches for successful implementations Work closely with the client to establish and maintain an excellent relationship Lead single or multiple project teams to create appropriate business models Analyze business processes to help understand and manage the current environment, identify gaps, duplications, and redundancies and identify opportunities for improvement Identify impacts and/or dependencies across the current and future environments Work with CMS business owners to define their target goals and propose alternative business solutions Develop work plans to reach the target goals Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, health-related field, or Computer Science OR 3-5 years of professional work experience with an understanding of healthcare systems Experience with developing and integrating enterprise and project level processes or workflows using MS Visio, Sparx EA, or any equivalent EA tool. Ability to collect and analyze information and identify gaps in the architecture artifacts to recommend architecture improvements and business solutions Ability to support and model business process re-engineering projects, utilizing Lean Six Sigma, and other industry process re-engineering standards. Experience researching complex policy and technical info via the Internet and ability to create technical documentation to include graphics; ability to edit documents for quality and consistency Experience in architecture frameworks such as ArchiMate, FEA, DoDAF as well as BPMN modeling standards. Preferred experience: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Professional work experience of 2-3 years in healthcare areas of Medicare and Medicaid Experience with Sparx Platform products such as Sparx EA, and Prolaborate or other EA tool suites Experience leading small groups of staff in research and the development of deliverable materials to clients.
