Job Summary As a Junior Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks.
You will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with HR regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties Manage employee files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing employment paperwork and conducting orientation.
Assist in employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Assist coordinating employee benefits enrollment and administration.
Handle general HR inquiries and provide assistance to employees.
Participate in various HR projects, such as employee surveys, policy reviews, and training initiatives.
Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Assist with maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
