Job Description: Job Summary:

Draws blood from patients and collects specimens for COVID-19 testing.

Principal Duties and Essential Functions: Performs phlebotomy proceduresPerforms appropriate specimen collection on all preoperative patients to test for COVID-19Registers samples and orders testsSchedules patients for testingLogs and replaces supplies as appropriate Requires:

High School Degree or equivalent

Certification in Phlebotomy is preferred, willing to train
