Laboratory Receptionist In San Juan

Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
Collect and process patient information, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in maintaining medical records.
Assist with billing and payment processing** by handling copayments, verifying insurance information, and providing billing receipts.
Coordinate sample drop-offs, ensuring specimens are properly labeled and forwarded to the appropriate lab technician.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, promoting a professional and welcoming environment.
Assist laboratory staff with administrative tasks** as needed, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Requisitos:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required). - Previous experience in a medical or laboratory setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
