WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
It is important that prior to applying that you have a very clear understanding of what we are looking for. Our employees are the key assets to our dealership. This is not a dealership or environment where complacency is allowed for a moment. We will be going through all the basics of sales in everything we do, without taking any shortcuts. Process will be a key factor in our dealership so you only spend time selling, and let the rest of the team handle their responsibilities. For example, utilization of the CRM (customer relationship management system) is not an option. Arriving at work 15 minutes early is on-time, on-time is late and late is unacceptable. Good work ethic need not apply as great work ethic is the minimum. Monthly performance reviews are standard throughout the dealership.
WHAT A CAREER PATH LOOKS LIKE
If you have little to no experience your first week at the dealership will begin with an overview of the systems and processes of the dealership. You'll learn the basics of the dealership and spend time with many of our vendors learning about each system you will use over the course of your career.
The second week involves shadowing in almost every department learning that your team members do daily.
Week three is daily sales training with a renowned automotive training specialist. They will show you what our competition is doing, how to handle objections and get the fundamentals for how to buy a car.
Once you've gone through this program you'll become a member of Senior Sales Consultant's team. In this role you will learn the fundamentals of putting a deal together, basic and intermediate sales techniques, test drive protocols, daily follow up requirement and more. Next, you will progress to a Level 3 Brand Guide where you will negotiate sales and start to earn commission based upon the success of your team.
Once you've honed your skills over a 12-18 month period, or if you have an extensive track record of success in the industry already you will graduate to a Level 2 Brand Guide. In this role you are fundamentally your own business. You will work independently and have access to internet leads, showroom clients, service conquest customers and more. The only limit to the success here is yourself.
