Job SummaryThe Therapist is responsible for clinical services provided to children, adolescents and/or adults, as assigned. The clinician is held accountable for all related clinical, administrative, and Quality and Compliance responsibilities.Essential Responsibilities and MetricsProvides Therapy, Counseling and Crisis Intervention to Clients and their Families (Provides high-quality service and maintains direct service hours per month of 60% for advanced clinicians and 56% for others)Creates IMCANS (IATP) Assessment (Completes IATP within 30 days of initial meeting with client, modifies and reviews as needed, updates and records IATP in CIS as needed and ensures updates are completed prior to six months due date)Case managementClient centered consultation with community providersAttendance and participation at clinical presentationsUse of supervision or consultation when required or neededAll Progress Notes will be entered into the medical record as soon as possible but in no more than three business days of the date of serviceProvide timely completion of Level of Care Utilization System (LOCUS) (for adults)Provide timely completion of Columbia and Ohio Scales (for children)Compliance with all Policy and ProceduresMaintain productivity goals as determined by supervisorKeep weekly schedule currentBe responsive to the business office regarding client fees/paymentsComplete requests time off in a timely through the Program DirectorParticipate in Accreditation and Certification processes as directedParticipate in Committee Work as directedParticipate in Strategic Planning as appropriateParticipate in Community Related Services as appropriateRepresent the agency with integrityProvide clinical supervision to student internLead staff supervision groupQualificationsClinically related graduate degree, LCSW,LCPC requiredThree professional references that reflect ability to perform clinical work2 Years of post Master's degree Mental Health experience required (3,000 hours)Ind2
